Founders of Gondola Macaroni Products, Guido & Maria Colla, started making fresh pasta out of their home in the West Side of Buffalo, NY. Business grew as Buffalonians became accustomed to their homemade, authentic Italian style quality pasta products. Now, the business rests on the corner of Niagara & Austin streets in the city of Buffalo’s historic Black Rock neighborhood. Today, three generations of Colla’s have carried in the traditions of pasta making. Still using some of the same machinery that Guido (a mechanical genius of sorts) hand built!
