Genga Ponnampalam founded Go Veggies as a manifestation of his desire to support a healthy world via delicious, vegan food. Inspired by his life experience as a Sri Lankan American, Genga creates his recipes with a blend of American & South East Asian flavors for a unique and delectable taste. Our products are handcrafted with the philosophy of creating simple, delicious food. We use fresh, quality ingredients, which are locally grown whenever possible, and never contain unnecessary additives. Our food is naturally cholesterol-free, and we cater to vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free diets. Additionally, we focus on balancing our food for optimal health based on the South Asian traditional principle of Ayurveda. For over 10 years, Go Veggies has been serving our community of WNY at farmers markets and local grocery stores, and now we are endeavoring to share our amazing food with the rest of the world.
