With so many different nutrition philosophies out there, it can be confusing. At Jeca Bar, we believe in holistic nutrition. It comes down to choosing whole foods whenever possible, avoiding artificial ingredients, and enjoying everything in moderation, including indulgences.

Our founder, Ree, wears many hats. She’s been everything from a mother to a sous chef to a cancer researcher. With her culinary and scientific backgrounds, Ree started making all natural energy bars in her kitchen. They became such a hit with her friends that she started Jeca Energy Bar Company to share her recipes with other health-minded, busy people. She even named the company after her daughter’s nickname.
